It seems it was a case of sleepwalking. Though I don't know if I've ever heard of someone being a kleptomaniac in their sleep... The thief would go to people's rooms in his sleep and pick their locks. We did not question to much why it was that he has this ability, but apparently he didn't even know it. Now, to give you a name...

Tobi.

We have decided the most efficent way to deal with this is have a crew member come and tie Tobi down to his bed before he goes to sleep at night. He has agreed to this without hesitation. Now remember, as he was asleep he was not in conscious control of his actions, so I do not want to see acts of violence committed against him.

All of your stolen things can be picked up near Itachi's room. We did a count, all the reported stolen goods are there.

All possible suspects based on the evidence found ONLY are as follows:

- Hanatarou
- Myself
- Shino
- Koyuki
- Shikamaru
- Orochimaru
- Tobi
- Sasuke
- Itachi
- Iruka

I will cross out Hanatarou and myself, because I know it was not me and I know Hanatarou is too stupid to concoct such a plan would not do such a thing.

Based on the camera evidence, the culprit was a taller male, so I will now cross out Shino, Koyuki, Shikamaru, and Sasuke.

This leaves us with the following list:

- Orochimaru
- Tobi
- Itachi
- Iruka

If anyone has any information to further the solving of this case, please report to me immediately.

There will be no explosive devices of any kind on this ship unless it is being handled by the fireworks crew that I have hired.

There will be no pranking of the Captain, First Mate, or the Nurse that will be arriving soon. Any other pranking that takes place will be your responsibility to clean up and should not interfere with the duties of the crew.
